The government in Quảng Trị Province, Vietnam, recently approved Viet Quang to build a new stainless steel plant in Hải Lăng District, which was with a total value of VND 1.3 trillion.
The local government said it was expected to start to building the new plant early next year. The annual production capacity was estimated at 240,000 tons roughly.
